Blood pressure can be tricky at times with how so many things effect it. Found out two weeks ago eating mayonnaise with all its bad oils can make blood pressure spike almost instantly. I drink alot of water when eating anything really salty. Most of the time my blood pressure is decent to ideal in the upper 120's/80 range or when doing everything as i should be as low as 112/72. Switching to decaf coffee has really helped allowing me to enjoy my two cups of coffee with no loss in flavor enjoyment. Excellent advice on following one's creative spirit. That is the magic children have and develop no matter what it is they are always flowing with creative energy whether its a piece of art in some form or a walk in the park where they are imagining all sorts of mythological creatures in the woods peeking out of some tree. Being creative is not being rich and famous but expressing the spirit within. Getting paid is always a nice thing LOL. Have a great day William and POWER TO THE INTROVERTS! ☕
