My .O2 😁 For lower back pain, search words for lower back brace "Back Brace for Lower Back Pain - Relief Sciatica - Lumbar Support" All my years driving, besides back pain relief, helps your kidneys, innards and tiredness. Rough truck and roads, you both can benefit from the brace. Safe travels 🤗

Thank you!!! Appreciate that trick!! I do have a back support that I wear occasionally. It really does help!
@Bendigo12 жыл бұрын
As someone with back issues myself, I (literally) feel your pain. The seats they put in freightliners are terrible for backs. The best purchase i ever made was a seat cushion with a cutout to keep my "spine" from feeling every bump. Along with good lumbar support, it is a major difference having a cushion and not.
@alfalfa57052 жыл бұрын
I use the Purple back cushion
@TheJoyofTrucking2 жыл бұрын
Sorry you have back issues too. I sit on an inflatable donut. It helps. But not enough when it gets really bad. Strapped on my back support. That helps too.
@Bendigo12 жыл бұрын
@@TheJoyofTrucking The one that I found to work the best is about $40 at T.A. it it Goodyear brand or at leas has a pad made by them. Ut has a cut out in the back so it does pretty much the same thing as a donut but gives better support to the legs and hips so the back muscles aren't working so hard to support the spine. The purple pad has good cushioning ability, but allows too much sliding so it makes my back work too much to stay straight.

Sadly that CT rest area closes off that RV section in the winter months which is foolish as they should at least allow semi trucks in for additional parking. I stopped there this past winter season on my way to drop off two new RV trailers outside of Hartford, and my plan was to stay in that RV section. As I entered the rest area I was following a Prime Inc truck, who was going at a snails pace through the rest area. It was packed! There were trucks double parked, and the Prime Inc driver actually tried squeezing between a flatbed who was illegally parked, and she ended up hitting his trailer with her trailer! I had to sit behind them for about 20 minutes, stuck - as they discussed the accident. Once finally out, I was forced back to to the interstate.... and ended up staying in a Home Depot parking lot near the dealership I was delivering to. CT.... You can do better!!!

i love you guys channel and content you guys have inspired me to get my cdl and going over the road with my wife I'm literally reading the Indiana cdl manual as I'm writing this comment lol. i have a helpful tip for you guys. Kev you should get you a small battery powered leaf blower that will fit in your storage compartment and use it for blowing out your trailer you can blow all the debris up to the front of the trailer and then use the broom to scoop it up. it would also be great for blowing debris and dirt/dust out of the engine compartment and dust dirt and debris that may accumulate on the outside of the truck. you guys may find this un necessary but i thought i would throw it out there. you guys stay safe and keep on truckin
@TheJoyofTrucking2 жыл бұрын
Wow!!! That’s so great!!! We hope it works out really well for both of you!!!! Glad you felt inspired by our shenanigans. Lol!!! As for the leaf blower. Thank you for sharing your idea!! We know a few drivers who use one. We had a landscaping company in St.Croix so Kevin is very familiar with them. For the trailers he thinks they’d kick up more dust than the broom and debris would also end up in yard. And we don’t want to use up storage space for it. So he’s sticking with the broom. Thanks for being part of our community and watching and commenting. We are so happy to hear that you love our content!!! Let us know how your journey develops! Now back to studying!! 😉😁

Hey there!!!! Kevin gets going early (usually by 6am). He tries to take his 30 while doing something like drop and hook or fueling. He pushes hard to drive out his clock and get to truck stops early enough to find a spot. He likes to run reset rather than recaps.
