I love seeing all the different approaches and stopping to think of the circumstances under which one might be better than another. Also, thanks for the idea of rotating the face when it ended up at the wrong angle. This is a lot less cumbersome than what I normally do it.

I just finished drawing a knob for a radio that had this exact type of slot in the tab part. Sure wish I knew of this video before I started drawing my job would have been a lot easier.

Hi, from Google translate, I gather that you are asking whether I can model the whole piece. Unfortunately, I have no plans to do so. This design basically composes of extrudes of basic shapes. The "knurling" on the knob is basically a circular pattern of a triangular extrude. I don't really think that there is anything fresh here that I can present. Sorry about this. I would be happy to answer any questions that you might have on the modelling steps.
