Eh the international money isn't very important here. If Roki wanted more money, he'd have waited. And his team are owned by Lotte, the biggest confectionery company in Japan. It would probably serve them better to post him sooner to ensure that the Dodgers sign him, and then they can work out a partnership deal with the Dodgers.
