None of the disappeared or the awful atrocities committed during the troubles were done in the name of Ireland. The troubles was a civil war which remained mainly within the boundaries of Northern Ireland, which was then and remains today a region within the United Kingdom. The majority of those involved in the troubles - republicans, loyalists, British Security Personnel - were mainly from Northern Ireland and Britain. Both factions, republicans and loyalists, murdered innocent men, women and children in Ireland. Neither of these terrorist factions murdered innocent people in Ireland in the name of Ireland. Did loyalists cross the border into Ireland and murder innocent people in the name of Ireland? Did republicans cross the border into Ireland and murder innocent people in the name of Ireland? Say Nothing did not try to glamourise anything. It showed the realities of war within Northern Ireland during the troubles. Nothing glamorous in taking a mother from her children and murdering her.

@@BarryBobbins it is, all the wars going today could be resolved very quickly, the only problem is that certain individuals are unwilling to sacrifice in order to get it. In norther Ireland both sides gave things up to find peace and that's the only way to do it but people don't want to do that anymore.

@@edwardtanner6393 Yes, I live in Bray, same town Seamus Costello was born in, it's south of Dublin by about 15 miles & its north about 50 miles of Wexford cIty. The Royal Hotel is the most expensive hotel, and it's in Bray town. My home is a long the Southern Cross Rd and my home is about 1 mile from the town & 2 miles from the beach.
