Thanks, great content. I am just wondering would it be better to caramelize the onions? Or half browned onions blended back to the soup with the sliced onions. It’s just my thoughts, just want to know your opinion, thanks!

Usually we don't color the onions, but your both ideas sound interesting. I will try, and let you know how's the result. About the soup color, if usually the onion soup is darker it's because I used chicken broth instead of beef broth. Of course if you use beef broth you'll get a more brown soup. But it's not coming from the caramelized onions. Thank you for sharing your ideas! 😊👌

Ouii exactement, l'hiver arrive. Bientôt le boeuf Bourguignon! 😜 Je l'ai tourné hier. Oui bonne idée, cette année je vais essayer de proposer des recettes de Bredele avant Noel. J'éspère être dans les temps!
