So what did u do to fix it, because I am going to have the same problem. Everybody asking 150 for the shroud

Yes thats the going price. Im still using my old shroud then the steering wheel tilt control is basically glued on using two sided tape to the shroud itself. Im fine with that for now. I may go to the junk yard one of these days to look at the prices there.

What’s the measurement of the carved gap and how far in inches or cm is it from the screw on top of it? I will be doing the same on my q but don’t want to second guess

You should be able to find the set on eBay with the shifters. If you want the trim that doesn't have the tilting steering wheel button then ebay, if you want the one that has the tilt button along with the paddle shifters only, I am still looking

I was doing some research, do you think some of the nissas altima shifters would fit there instead of the g37 ones? They are cheaper

I'm definitely not sure there. Best you try it from somewhere that has a good return policy, I wouldn't do ebay.

i was just looking at the pictures of the actual trim pieces that come with the paddle shifters. they bumped this hole up, so there is enough room to mount it and not hit anything below it. not sure if there is a way to actually make it look good and still use the old trim piece, tho lol

That's correct. I ordered the trim from conceptzperformance though, so that's coming in the email.

@@1BuildMedia $140, ouch... I got my paddles for $150, so I might just return them and get a whole column ordered from some junk yard that would have both the covers and paddles included. Car-part.com has a ton for S/xS cars. Thanks again!
