Nice. I was torn between these and the continentals, but decided to go with michelin for the same reasons. Will be having the dealer put them on when I take delivery later this winter!

When I had my G80 I was running the DWS 06 Plus as a winter tire. Perfect for mid-Atlantic winters, but like you mention, you give up some feel and response. Grip levels are still great overall, it's just a much less precise experience especially on a warmer day. If you haven't done it yet, pick up the Millway monoball bushings. Makes a huge difference in steering response and maybe a smidge more feel.

@@ferozmoto6766 It's my top mod for sure. I'm looking at maybe getting into a G82 Xdrive soon (my G80 was a manual like yours) and it will be the first thing I do. With summer tires on you have a lightning quick front end. Reminded me a lot of my GT350, which just had monstrous racecar-like turn-in response.
