Wow. 54 years old. Surfing was my life until about earlier 40s. Never thought the day would come where the Jones to surf when it's good wouldn't literally hurt. Only missed 2 hurricanes since 1984 and the past few years with my job now I haven't been going any. Never in my wildest dreams would I think I'd ever go this long. It's been really bothering me lately. Just found steerings pod and I'm going to get my ass back in the water. Very cool story dude and thanks Gaby for having him tell this way.

Yes, comedy is mental gymnastics… I was also a rent and I’ve been deflecting for decades… This is awesome that our girl had you on. Looks like you made the big time ha ha ha I’m laughing in Miami. I met two girls that do an ice hockey podcast it’s very popular… Now I’ve got all my sports covered Dale Junior for racing Sterling for surfing and the double D girls for hockey… Thanks for the entertainment. I’m hoping in my lifetime CT becomes more of a headline topic… I forgot two bags of groceries at Publix yesterday… My Essential tremors are getting worse… When you’re an athlete and you block a lot of things with your head… It’s all adding up unfortunately… Love you like a son I never had. 🎉

Yeah!!! Sterling, laughter is good for the soul,I've told my son that being to serious is not to healthy, life's to short. Making people laugh and smile is good for both you and them. To many people out there all pissed off, hostile, have hate in they're heart. Knowing that we as humans are imperfect is key. 🤙.

This was an amazing podcast. I discovered after a hernia operation that I’ve got two heart issues and ended up having heart surgery after hernia surgery, heart surgery ended up with a collapsed lung and internal bleeding not fun ! … haven’t been able surf for 18 months the longest I’ve been out for 35 years. It’s been a struggle to accept my new life post heart diagnosis and traumatic surgery. But I’m getting better and stronger. Therapy has been important. Great to hear Spencer’s journey always loved him back in the day as a surfer and comedian ! The Jeremy Flores sketch being peak 😂 anyways really appreciated hearing this journey back from hell and I can certainly relate. Ps Also been living pinch my salt🙏🏽
