First of all, that plastic 'bonnet' on the KA seems to be a hassle... Ray Graf will absolutely love this, and thanks for a great idea for St Patty's Day.

I did a gelatin version of Irish Cream Cheesecake once and it was soooo good. The alcohol is not reduced by baking so.... Anxious to try this one.
