If yes then How does it work inside our body? 3. What kind of calorie intake should one have according to their body? 4. What kind of diet should one follow? 5. What kind of exercise and training routine one should follow? 6. Mistakes to avoid during body recomposition. 7. Lastly, and most importantly should skinny fat people, especially one's having a lot belly fat, go for Body recomposition or proper bulking then cutting? And if possible then pls also mention accurate methods and tools to keep a track of calories in food.

I have a serious question about fat loss My trainer said hit maximum reps with highest possible weight , And other gym guy said do 20-25 reps at medium weight , And other guy said if you do cardio after weight training then you wont gain any muscles , abhi kiska maane kiska nahi?

Cardio after weight training is fine if you're not doing it for more than 20 mins or too intensely.
