These phones are very expensive in this country. If someone gives a good phone like this as a gift, he is lucky. I think Samsung should've changed the 10MP 10x zoom camera to a 50MP 6-7x zoom camera. I'm sure it would've been the best of both worlds, since the 6-7x zoom range is well-covered while being able to do 12MP crop to 12-14x.

That's what I was thinking the 3x lense could be made 50 mega pixels so it can cover up to 7x, and then they could do an 8x 50mp lens that can actually zoom to 100x with decent detail. I think that would be the best combination. I would say a 7x lens, but 7 is an ugly number 😂

I think the improvement will mostly appear in night time photos due to the s24 Ultra having a bigger sensor. The daytime has enough light so I don't think you will see the improvement. But then again, I could be wrong

In 2021 Samsung followed the Footsteps of Huawei P40 Pro Plus and Mate 40 Pro Plus to use 2 different Telephoto lenses 3X and 10X in S21 Ultra then rest of the history. Now as Huawei is using powerful 48 MP f/2.1 Aperture Telephoto lens with 10 cm focus distance that Triples as Macro Lens, Portraits Lens and Zoom Samsung using the same thing again.

Is it weird that the s24 ultra's 10x looks better than the s23 ultra's 10x photo although the s24 ultra doesn't actually have a dedicated 10x lens

No. Because s24 ultra had more pixels to work with. Also better ai processing.

Finally some homesty , have you noticed how so many big name youtube reviewers have completely ignored the most obvious question. How does the camera compete with the s23... I havent seen the 24 in person , but i dont think it warrants an upgrade from my s24. We were all expecting better 100x zoom pictures .😂
