Also - great tip for added protein, if anyone like me has trouble eating breakfast or getting in extra protein, I found a brand of protein snacks & pastries called Legendary and they are just that - LEGENDARY! They make pop tarts, sweet rolls and chips and they're so good and a great source of added protein!!

Prayers! Grab some protein drinks and fruit if you get to the store. Canned chicken,tuna,sardines,oysters,etc. Canned pumpkin can be great for protein shakes without fridge. Eggs can stay out for awhile. I hope you’re not stranded. I have a friend in the Asheville area.

Trying to lose 65 pounds. I’m on Wegovy. Stalled a bit on the 0.5 dose. Just started 1.0 last night. I’ll try to ground turkey. Protein has just turned me off lately so I need sources. I’m down 20 pounds since August 15th which is incredible for me. I feel great!

😺😸😻 Congratulations on your loss! I know you have been working so hard and to see that scale move down had to be such a happy event!!!!! I took have broken my stall and was under 300 this morning! I have officially lost 41.6 pounds! Woohoo. ❤❤❤ I did so much walking without my cane yesterday at work. Maybe a little too much but slowly I am working on my mobility. Wed. Is water aerobics, Friday as well. My accountability is back to tracking, not denying myself food and water water water!

😺You think you live in rural Virginia? I am Eastern Shore and the nearest Starbucks here is 1.5 hours away. Door Dash is not available. Costco is 2 hours away. I work from home (graveyard) and would love to try a meal delivery service. I am not complaining, actually, because I left a very busy West Coast city purposely to get away from it all. I love it here, but do miss some of the conveniences. You're looking fantastic! Congrats on busting that plateau and sharing your tips! ❤

🐱 💜thanks and congratulations! My laundry room ended up with my drink GLP bar! I lay out my gym outfit daily to switch quickly to after work. I am keeping a gear drawer for sox tees and leggings. Woop woop it’s working! At gym 6/7 days a week and when traveling I use hotel gym or nature walks (the best!)

Thanks for the tips! I love the idea of having another goal beyond the big goal. My first goal was just to get acclimated to Tirzep and lose as much as possible before my sister's wedding and we just got back from the wedding and I'm like, "Now what?" lol On top of that, we had issues keeping the med cold during travel (even WITH the travel case that I bought on your link - it was a long trip) and then when I did the shot before her wedding, it didn't work as well AND it caused a whole host of new side effects that I had never had before so now I know how serious it is to KEEP THE MED COLD 24/7!! Yikes... lol

I'm American in Europe. If anyone in Europe were to listen to all the supplements you suggest, or any supplements in a huge variety, they would think Americans are totally nuts. The nutrition should be in the food. I haven't lost as much as you (but about half that), haven't been on Ozempic as long either, and I'm still losing on just 1mg/week. The whole thing is diet and calories, low fat, low carb. Inflammatory foods should also be avoided. Any typically allergic foods will cause inflammation and weight gain. Soy, nightshades, shellfish, grains (even whole and healthy ones), and legumes, of course refined or fried anything. I know moderate exercise is also important. Really, a diet that's an autoimmune diet, anti-inflammatory (sometimes very misleading, as they claim you can have nuts, seeds, grains, beans).

My focus this week is to do a better job of drinking my water. My second focus is to write down what I am eating. I'm horrible at both of these tasks but I know they help with progress!
