I have spent years, maybe 6 or more years and thousands of videos looking for a tutorial that actually works for me. I have not found one until today. I’m so excited. I treated this technique and it worked; it actually worked!!! Finally I am able to do my wing liner without it having that weird swoop on the side and the front liner looking even. And it only took me 7 to 10 mins. Thank you sooooooooo much!
@DionLuvsMakeup3 жыл бұрын
Smith Deepak had an awesome tutorial, as well, for hooded eyes. She bypassed the hood altogether. I was able to do a thin winged liner look without it looking heavy or needing to feather the color inward for the bat-wing look. Both techniques are amazing.
@simplyme9223 жыл бұрын
Editing took out most of the technique used.

If you need editing to see that they slightly blended inwards, you need more help than this video can offer. No offense lmao
@SuperSilverJay3 жыл бұрын
@@RavanaMuse yes but that is the point. I don't have any practice with wings because of my hooded eyes.
@heartpng2 жыл бұрын
@@RavanaMuse uh, they did a lot more than that. they added more color and the shape is very different before and after the cut. but thanks for implying that people who want a tutorial in their tutorial video are dumb lmao

How wonderful you are inspired by a Russian Butterfly eyeliner technique. It is wonderful for hooded eyes. And the Russian make up artists, who pioneered this style did it with permanent cosmetics, tattooing as well in beautiful colors.

In my opinion it looks like she started eyeliner halfway and decided to stop. When doing eyeliner line thin line along top lash line. The wings just look straight in mirror make line elevated / slightly thicken and blend for airbrushed look or keep it the way it is for bold look.
