I left this video wishing you made it about 10 minutes longer and explained more in detail how the reunions were 'earned' despite most of these characters having such little interaction with each other during the show/books. You have a great voice for video narration and you clearly care deeply about the subject material, I'd love to see you use your voice less formally - and by that I mean less like you're lecturing and more like you're having a conversation and explaining the lore to a close friend. You've got REAL POTENTIAL and I'm really looking forward to following your channel as you grow it!

Because it was the greatest slowburn in TV history. Instead of doing the fanservice that every other show would've done, they put you through the wringer, through the Starks' eyes they took you through hell and back, through a neverending airtight darkness, and thats why it felt so good. It's the buildup that makes the payoff so good. Impatient people don't realise that.

Yes, GOT was famous for keeping its fans on their toes. Other shows began to copy them.

Very nice video and your speech is MESMERIZING (in a good way). I could listen to your voice for days on end, it's so great! Now, I've had some ideas for years, and the hints in the books are REALLY obvious, and yet, I've never seen or heard anyone even mentioning these REALLY obvious hints. The saga is named "The Song of Ice and Fire". I'm going to focus here on the books, not on the TV show. And again, the hints in the books are STRONG AND OBVIOUS, and somehow, everyone seems not to even notice them. The WHITE Wolf and the RED Wolf are exceptions to every single rule that exists in Westeros. Daenerys is not an exception to the rule, her life is in absolutely perfect accord with the rules of the world of Ice and Fire. She's not an exceptional Targaryen, but rather a typical Targaryen, with all the traits of a true Targaryen: silver hair, violet eyes, dragons etc. Even her being fireproof is typical for true Targaryens. Cersei Lannister is not an exceptional Lannister, Eddard Stark is a typical Stark and not an exception etc. Even Bran Stark is not an exceptional Stark. Arya is not an exceptional Stark (her aunt Lyanna was a warrior, so, that's nothing new for Stark girls). However, the White Wolf (Jon Snow) is an exception to ALL the rules: he's both an exceptional Targaryen (different from all Targaryens) and exceptional Stark (different from all Starks). In his being, both Ice and Fire are combined and joined. On the outside, he's "white" (Northerner, Stark, Ice), on the inside, he's "red" (Targaryen, Fire). Just like his direwolf Ghost. The White Wolf is the only Targaryen who's OF the North (I don't mean: living in the North, but being OF the North). There are other hints and symbols, but these are most strikingly obvious. The White Wolf is the only Targaryen whose color is WHITE (Ice). The Red Wolf is an exception to all the rules as well, she's an exceptional Stark, different from all other Starks. And she also is a combination of Ice and Fire. She's the ONLY Stark who is "kissed by the fire" (red haired). She's the only Stark whose color is RED (Fire). She's red on the outside, white (Stark) on the inside. And there's another STRIKINGLY OBVIOUS exception here: The Red Wolf is the ONLY STARK EVER who survived the South and King's Landing. Her grandfather, father, uncle, were all formidable warriors and powerful men, and yet, they all died in the South, despite their might. On the other hand, the Red Wolf is a fragile little girl, a prisoner, with no powers, no armies, no protection, completely exposed to the enemies, and yet, she survives the South, King's Landing, Cersei and Joffrey and escapes alive, with her honor intact. She did what her very powerful ancestors couldn't do. There are other hints in the books that proves that the Red Wolf is both the Ice and Fire in one person, just like the White Wolf is. So, it would be really great if someone could make a video about the White Wolf and Red Wolf as exceptions to all the rules and personalities that unify Ice and Fire within themselves. I could help you with the content of that video, should you ever decide to make it. Keep up the great work and shout out from the other side of the world!

Thank you! 😊 Yes Jon is both ice and fire but I never thought of Sansa being the same way. I really have to think about that. I’m still reading the Dance of the Dragons. But one day I will buckle down and knock those last 300 pages out. It’s a very interesting video concept. I will definitely think about putting it on my calendar.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but the best sibling couple on the show were Tyrion and Jaime. I just didn't feel the same emotions when the Starks reunited. The only reunion scene I really liked were Sansa and Jon.

Last season is rushed...but I didn't hate the ending at all...I mean we all wanted good for the starks, and it is what happened...Mad queen died, .Bran is king , north is independent under Sansa, Arya doing her stuff, Jon is in the place where he likes , though he's a Targaryen, he never wanted to be a king .His life was for night's watch well before all these things , so why people are so furious?..
@LavallaisPictures Жыл бұрын
Probably, because it was rushed it didn’t feel earned. I’m going to read the books and see the difference in the end and how we make it to there.

@@LavallaisPictures I saw him in a way as a tragic character. He was capable of being King but he wasn't a people person and would never be there. It like like a person in an office that never gets the promotion because they are not well liked. I thought the character and manner of Stannis had striking similarities to Mike Ehrmantraut from Breaking Bad, a damaged person that continues on in the face of adversity.
@LavallaisPictures Жыл бұрын
I always thought the Baratheon brothers together would make a good king. Stannis was the ruler, Robert the warrior, Renly the man of the people.
