Nintendo should "Luigi is a millionaire" Canon and if they do, they could make this: Luigi get turned back into Mr. L(or Mr. L could've magically been taken out of Luigi's consciousness and could become a person) and once he does, Mr. L would go to the Badlands and defeat Bowser.
