Yeah, it works great. And also works with Amiga 500 with extra memory, just a little lower fps. As i showed on the video.

Line skipping, accelerated line draw, blitter accelerated C2P with 4 bit planes, copper raster beam racing palette changes, combined hardware sprites and 'etc'.

Wow, this brings back the 80's! Reshoot reminds me of when I pondered playfields and bitmaps every day - very nice. And those Jules Verne style controls with brass and wood in Aquabyss, we had the same idea for Prospector. Bagman: I played it a lot in the local arcade as a school kid..

Thanks for the comment. It's good that old machines stay alive. If you've also watched my other videos, you've probably noticed that a surprising number of games are made for different retro machines. Some are also really good games. 👍

Ah seems it is but only on cd rom. Sadly I don't have cd rom for my amiga 1200, maybe I'll look into it. Aqua abyss looks cool also, and castlevania aga

Yeah, there's no floppy version for sale. Have to upgrade Amiga to a usb floppy emulator or that cd drive. Many good games this month on Amiga 👍

You mentioned the Amiga game Grind for A500 uses 512MB + 512MB. Only needs 512kb + 512kb

Are you emulating a stock 1200 for Grind: Darkenward East?

The game needs at least 1 MB of fast memory to run. On the video I played stock Amiga 1200 with an additional 8 MB of fast memory. I just tried to play with 1 MB of fast memory and I think it ran just as well as with 8 MB.

I just want to put this out there currently watching an emulated version of Fatal Fury on my Ps3 and was reminded of how I thought Body Blows sprites resembled them back in the day does anyone else think the Amiga 500/600 could do a near arcade perfect port of Fatal Fury as its a lot slower than SF2 also is anyone working on Strider arcade or Black Tiger I'd love to see these games given the proper attention on the amiga also how about Legend of Hero Tonma and Devestators arcade

Thanks for the comment, good questions. Scorpion Engine seems to be quite good and efficient for many kinds of game development, so in that sense it is interesting to see what will be developed for Amiga and Mega Drive in the future. Pretty much everything is possible, if not for the Amiga 500/600, then for the Amiga 1200. 👍

Yes, in Agonman, the money is Psygnosis and the Redpill coin, and the owl in the intro is from Psygnosis' Agony game. 😊 Maybe there is other references to Psygnosis, but those i saw.
