It's about getting good sleep, diet, enough water, practicing all aspects from aim to movement by isolating them as much as possible, consistency, actually playing the game (hence time is required), and trying to be relaxed when playing. Tensing up is a nono. Proper posture, equipment, and desk and chair height are crucial too as much as people neglect them. Adderall, while I've never tried it, isn't going to suddenly negate the consequences of ignoring all the aforementioned.

He had totally DESTROYED his room, idk how it even gets to that point. Like... I can't imagine that guy owns his own home, so like.. what's goin on there? His parents house where they're scared to go into his basement lair, in fear of what they might find?
