The Lebert Fitness Equalizer Dip Bars are the best dip bar station I have ever used. During my workout this morning, I went too far on a knee raise, thought I was going to fall over, but the bars held in place! Check them out here: amzn.to/2IX0WVh

What size should I get? I'm 5"5 and I want to be able to do full range of motion dips
@GamerBody6 жыл бұрын
Hmm you could use just the standard ones at 5'5". Just need to bend knees like any normal dip. Also those will work better for you if you do inverted rows or tricep extensions.

Yeah it will be fine. You could even get the regular size and the reason I'd lean that way is if you decide to do inverted rows, you will be more parallel to the ground for more resistance with just bodyweight.

@GamerBody6 жыл бұрын
Depends what you are doing with them. If you are just doing dips in a controlled manner, no problem. If you are swinging on them or doing a strange exercise like that, it may be dangerous on any dip bar station you buy. On my wood floor they don't move at all once I put them in place and do exercises such as dips, bodyweight rows, and tricep extensions. They are very good at staying in place and not wobbling. Just don't be flinging yourself around on them or they could dip over.

What's the difference between chest dip and a tricep dip? They look identical.
@GamerBody4 жыл бұрын
The more vertical you are in the dip the more triceps are activated. You can almost make it a push-up if you lean over the bars more. You can also feel the change from triceps to chest as you lean forward.

Another question about this one, can u change the length of it, so make the bars come close when need to? I can see that u can move it around, but let’s u do make it come closer, would it have a awkward grip on it though? Or would it be fine? Like for dips
@GamerBody5 жыл бұрын
There are 2 bolts that attach the feet to the legs of the dip bars. I think you could change it so it was up one higher, but you'd lose the strength of the bars overall. The XL is built for anyone at 6'1" to use (you could get away with being about 6'3" or. If you are taller than that I'd look for another option. The regulars are too small for me at 5'11". They are both independent pieces so you can set as close or far apart as possible. I hope this helps.

Looks incredibly stable! What’s your inseam, bc at 5’11, your knees are almost touching the floor at the bottom of the exercise, and this is rated for 6’1?
@GamerBody6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the website and Amazon rate it for someone 6'1" or taller. Yes, if I go full range of motion and don't tuck my knees they will just barely touch the floor. If I just do to 90 degrees I still have some room though. I've actually started tucking my knees up for a little more weight up by my chest and then all problems are gone. However, if you are really tall (like more than 6'3") I could see the height being an issue.
