GameSir X2 review - BEST Controller for Android/iPhone?

I started with a Razor Kishi v1 and recently upgraded to a Gamesir x2 Pro, I have a Samsung a53 in a Spigen Tough Armor case and the phone fits with the case on after removing the rubber stops on the side that has the USBC connector. My reason for upgrading was that the phone will fit in the Gamesir with a case with that simple mod, but I miss how compact and comfortable the Kishi was for longer play sessions despite the upgraded switches and triggers on the x2 Pro. Not that the Gamesir is uncomfortable to use, just get some cramping because of the shape of the device and my large hands.

I read somewhere that gamesir x2 only supports snapdragon processors . I don't think samsung a53 has a snapdragon processor . Does it work well?

The BSP-D3 is a really good one because it's $20 and usually even lower, and it has all the comforts of a high-end telescoping controller

The Gamesir X2 is by far the best controller ive used with xbox game pass, works phenomenal. I only wish Genshin and Wuthering Waves would get external controller support

i have used the razor kishi v1 and now have this one that was given to my nephew and after using it from time to time it beats the kishi out of the water in terms of quality and feel and touch! When i bought my kishi new from amazon all the buttons felt hard and cheap plastic and the d pad was horrible and hard and stiff id recommend getting the gamesir x2 its worth it! gamepass user btw. fits on my nephews note 10 and my s22+ just fine!

There is a bluetooth version of this controller (cheaper in my country) which will work with any - just sync like a bt speaker, but yes this will fit your phones size as long as you have Type-c in the middle or get the BT version. (did a quick google of your phones dimensions 😉)

@@Bozoloon The Gamesir x2 is listed on the Xbox site as a compatible controller. If the game/s naturally support a controller - like emulators it's worth it too. When the game doesn't naturally support a controller (like Genshin on Android) you basically need a wireless connection to enable "Wireless debugging" for the controller app - if your phone is rooted then you wouldn't have this issue. It's an awesome controller, works very well. i have an old ph i use (for wifi connection) so i can enable wireless debugging / internet for the controller layout app - for Genshin Impact, I also use PPSSPP for PSP games without the need for a 2nd ph / controller app.

I like it for emulators and streaming games at home via Sunshine/Moonlight. One thing I'll say is that you must glue those joystick grips on or you WILL lose them.

I personally use a BSP D3 ...its probably the cheapest (at 13$) but its AMAZING...it works on all platforms (pc, android, playstation, Xbox and even Nintendo switch)...and its wired and wireless at the same time... sadly its not as good feeling and solid as the gamesir...😅

Funny u comment this. Im tryna find an upgrade from the D3. Its nice functionally but it feels very cheap. The joysticks feel rough. Too much friction and the trigger buttons are clicky. I like the design of de face buttons but the d pad aint a real dpad. For under $20 its great but objectively its not the best feeling u get what i mean?

@@augustwebb8576 i use a lower end device, a note 9 and it works fine, no issues whatsoever. the app indeed is not proper so just don't use it, you don't need it as the mapping is not good either, just play games that actually have controller support and you'll be fine
