Restoring a Nasty Old Ps4 Controller

I found an old controller on my property and decided to repair it! The electronics of the original controller were not able to be salvaged. I had a second controller that had damage to the bottom shell, this made the trigger unusable along with the dislodged spring. It turned out great. The bottom of the purple controller shell was deformed by the broken trigger so I used the body of the Berry Blue one. In the future I would like to mix them up a bit more

The strangest controller I have every used is the pokeball joycon I have for my Nintendo Switch, it works as you would expect for Pokémon but other games support it too and it's just odd. Personally my favorite controller so far has been the Dualshock4, mostly just because I am used to the PlayStation controller format. I haven't tried a dualsense controller that comes with a Ps5 yet but I'm glad I could keep you entertained for a while!

It definitely could seem like I was wasting the purple controller but I had two of the purple controllers and this one was broken internally and the trigger didn't function, so I thought it would be a fun project to try to fix the old controller that I buried in my yard a couple months before that. This actually ended up being the reason I am now an affiliate with ExtremeRate and had my first partnered video so in the long run it actually was really beneficial
