The most badass thing about Radahn is his combat method..He first shoots spears from a distance-not really to defeat you that way, but to force you in and close the distance, so he can start the real fight with his swords.

Play through it again...and again, and again. This game has EXTREME replayability. You most definitely did NOT do everything there is to do your first time around. Every new playhthrough you literally discover new thing's that you missed previously. I love this game with every fiber of my being. All time favorite. Elden Ring is my "if your alone on an island" game lol.

I think the Fallingstar Beasts are like larval versions of Astel; once they break out of the hard shell is when they finish their metamorphosis to a alien butterfly like state.

I read a cool theory about this, apparently the falling star beast looks like larval antlions and Astel looks like an adult ant lion, so it was probably intended to be interpreted that way.

I think there's more significance to Radahn's challenge of the stars than simply wanting to face a strong opponent. Because he even kept them in place while facing Malenia, who was a worthy opponent, even risking his own loss against her. Therefore, I'm more inclined to think he was keeping something at bay. Maybe more beings like Astel... Or something that made him view it as a duty, even after he was turned into basically a scarlet zombie.

Just imagine how strong he was seriously. He fought malenia and still was halting the stars. Then after he became a madman from the rot he was still keeping them at bay. He is absolutely my favorite fromsoft boss and character and I would love to know everything about him. He's a true boss

Radahn is definitely my favourite Elden ring character, he might be one of my favourite bosses ever as well, the first time I fought him when me and all the other warriors teamed up to take him on felt amazing. Not only is the fight super fun but his lore is great as well.

I cannot remember the thing I saw it on but Marika and Radagon being the same person leads to a few things. Marika when her and Godfrey slaughtered the giants they cursed Marika to have red hair so she would be marred and she could not look perfect and she cursed them back we more hear how she cursed the one giant to be the holder of the flame but not what curse they did to her. She threw her two cursed omen children into the sewers to keep looking perfect for the greater will, Radagon being the cursed part of Marika that went to Renalla and then back to Marika and then the weird combo boss fight in the end. Rambling like that aside, Radhan Rykard and Ranis red hair could still be from the fire giants, just not descendants but from the curse.

I wonder if Radagon was formed of the primal force as merika was powered by the golden order as a sort of yin and yang. If I remember right the Giants were from the time before the Elden beast infected the erd tree. That would explain any resemblance to giants with the red hair and with radahn's features.

i think it needs to be said that while Merika and Radagan might be two parts of the same whole the two are clearly not equal. while Merika was a God and her children demigods from birth radagan was a mere warrior of the order and his kid where only demigods after Merika adopted them.

Radahn didn’t fight Melania to a standstill. Melania used an outer god to try to kamikaze seppuku herself in order to break even with Radahn. While he was busy holding the universe in place. Just sayin. If Radahn wasn’t already preoccupied, it wouldn’t have been a fight.
