But KZbin is broken for users too. Let's take the bullshit Bee Movie and We Are Number One memes for example. After watching one, I realised I have no interest in it. I dislike the video but more get suggested. So then I click the x in the corner of the suggestion and go to the effort of telling KZbin why I didn't like it (I am not interested). 10-20 more suggestions later, I realise a lot of these are coming from the same account, so I block their channel. Still I get more suggestions. If being suggested videos for a channel I have blocked isn't broken, then I don't know what is, let alone the fact I keep telling KZbin what type of content I am not interested in and it ignoring me.

Pietro Lucchese I disagree. Matpat said that the creators are losing their views and recommendations to these spider man an Elsa videos that are geared towards children. Every one of these videos that is recommended is a real content creator's video that didn't get recommended. If KZbin didn't make a change to their algorithms, they need to. As it's being abused just like it was through clickbait titles before. MatPat also completely ignored that creators older videos are being recommended over their new content. Why is KZbin recommending 6 month old videos? Also, why am I getting un-subbed from channels I watch? Why are there videos not showing up in the sub feed yet I can go to the channel manually and find it? What does that have to do with the viewers?

Guys, quick! I came up with a solution! To get rid of the crappy or clickbaity videos, find them, click on them, watch them for only 2 seconds or so (but make sure you're actually watching them, not ads) dislike them, and then go. That should (from what I observed from the video) tell youtube that you didn't get what you wanted from that video and would probably stop promoting those if we, the viewers, attacked that video in mass amounts. Also, don't just do it to a video that's not in your taste. Don't attack a make-up video because you don't do make-up, and don't attack a minecraft video because you don't play minecraft. Look out for the clickbait, the terrifying stuff this video was mentioning that people made for kids, and look for the lazy quality.

Here's the problem I have with this, MatPat. If a content creator makes videos I don't like, I shouldn't force myself to watch them just so the content creator is "supported." I honestly don't give a damn how much money you make from youtube. In the beginning, every KZbinr made videos because it was their passion. It was what they wanted to do. AVGN, for example. I don't want to watch all the Mike and Ryan let's plays, the movie reviews, etc. with his channel. I want to watch AVGN videos. And I'm not going to force myself to watch those videos just to have AVGN videos. If he wants to stop making them, that's his business. I think the KZbin money train has gone out of control. Sure, we are generally getting higher quality content because of it, but the majority of content creators have lost what made them happy in order to make money on KZbin. Egoraptor rarely does animation anymore, for example. I dunno. I mostly enjoy the content I view on KZbin and I'm happy to continue to support the creators with views and KZbin Red. But I'm not going to watch stuff I don't like just so someone can keep making money off youtube. If you stopped making Game theory, I would stop watching your content. It's just the truth *shrug*.

Yep. That's the biggest issue. I'm huge fans of both Pewdiepie and Game Theory, but both channels went through lulls where I felt the quality dropped off significantly, and I ignored both for long periods of time before coming back around 6 months later and testing the waters again. There are plenty of other channels that I once followed aggresively, but have swapped content or fallen off, and I'm there for the content. I'm not there to boost numerical stats for someone. Not to mention that tastes change. Between 16 and 18, I was very interested in Let's Plays, and nearly all of the time I spent on youtube was watching LP's. I almost never watch a full LP now, so even channels that still have a high level of quality regarding gaming (Zupersonic, TheGameViruss) I don't watch but once a season, because that isn't what I desire. And yes, the money thing can't be stressed enough. When money making first came to youtube, the words were written on the wall that it would impair youtube content creators. And it has. Granted, it didn't sink the site, but it basically upgraded the engine at the cost of reduced fuel mileage.

Here's my question: Why the hell isn't there an autoplay setup where I can simply have videos play one after the other that are new (unwatched by me) videos from my subscribed channels, played in the order they were posted by those channels? Huh? I already told KZbin, those are the channels I want to keep up with. But KZbin literally makes it most difficult to watch them in the other they were posted. And mixing together videos from the different channels to give it some variety? That's just not possible with KZbins interface. I am tempted to develop an app that just does this, because KZbin keeps making it harder and harder to keep up with channels whose videos you want to watch.

sofiisbored Well, you have to click on the channel, go to the Uploads tab, find the most recent unwatched video (they're in reverse order so its not just the first one), click on that. Watch it. Then, youtube will recommend some different video, not the next one posted, so you have to click on the channel name again, click on the Uploads tab again, find the next one, rinse, and repeat.

Or they give a very long content for a completely empty video Example: "Do i quit KZbin?" then the answer is "no.", so in fact the title is useless because the problem wasn't stopping KZbin, even if technically the video gives the answer for a question nobody asked for in the first place :/
