The water in Mk Tour never reflected the Sun, Moon, or any Lights.

Sad that people make such a big deal over minor things like the lack of reflections on a background element (in this case, the water). Remember that time in gaming where people didn't complain about graphics and performance 24/7?

Nah man. You're not getting it. These things ALREADY existed, and they're being removed. Thats why it was awesome back then, and it feels worse in comparison. That being said tho, I can understand the limitations when working with a mobile game, so Im not as upset as it would be if it was like that in Deluxe. Also, we dont have to pretend that we live in the 2000s to make it seem okay

@@Lagw1020the thing is, this is a mobile game that has to be really optimized to run on devices probably less powerful than a Wii. Something like water reflections could easily be added in mk8dx or something like that

@@RoxletonTour has water reflections, they’re just cubemaps, like fake reflections, they have that for both the water and the windows so this isn’t really a problem, but Moonview Highway is still much better here with the only downgrade really being Ig the reflections on the water

Yeah, I remember racing through Dry Dry Ruins in Mario Kart Wii after creating some Miis and seeing my creations cheer me on in the audience and my own mii show up on the Spynx and racing through the same course again and seeing different miis show up on the course! It made racing on the certain tracks a different experience every time! I really hope that they bring the track Mii cameos back at somepoint!
