Currently experiencing this situation. I will redeem my card, it’ll say “congratulations! You’re one step closer” however it still says “add a way to pay”. It does not confirm the gift card. No matter how many times I try it’ll say “cannot redeem gift card at this time”. No way how to fix this and no clue why it has suddenly started occurring.

I see my code has been redeemed but at 2:39, where it says view in store, it shows any error. It even shows the code in payment methods in the Xbox account but when I go through Microsoft store on the Xbox and ready to check out it does NOT show the $15 credit there.. to fix I had to do the transaction logged in on my Microsoft account on pc. I do all my purchases this way now .

So I bought the master chief collection on g2a the seller is apparently trusted and sold 4000 products I bought a EU key and it can be redeemed in my country but it said that it was already redeemed which is strange cause I really didn't redeem anything XD I contacted the seller requesting a refund or solving the problem(because I'm 90% sure he didn't activate the product) But no response yet I still think I got scammed Edit: After reaching out to Microsoft support I found out that the key was redeemed before I purchased it I contacted the seller and told him about this his response was: "Sorry, please be patient and wait for after-sales processing" can anyone tell me what does that mean?

@@afriend9428 some years ago I bought the limited edition Gears 5 Xbox One X bundle. It came with a Xbox One X console plus download codes for every Gears of War game. I could successfully download Gears of War 4 and 5 and Gears of War Ultimate. The only codes that don't work are the ones for GoW 1-3 which were originally released on the Xbox 360. The error code I am getting is "code not found".
