I have watched so many interviews of supposedly badass gangbangers and super tough ex-cons but this guy has no bullshit about him. His rap is 100% certified real. You can tell that there's no bragging because he's not glamorizing it and only once does he make himself into the badass. The rest of the time he's just telling you how rough itthe life is and the lock up is.

The dog food monologue is straight up classic. i come back to marinate in all its glory once a year. Respect to sb , his life circumstances were a million times rougher than mine. But some parts of his stories and the way he talks cause me to laugh uncontrollably 😂😂 I love it The ways he says dog food is way out of his league, like its algebra 😂😅🎉

You can tell he’s grown up around such negative. It’s so important to instill how great your kids are when they are young

Yes! It’s so important to expose our children to love and care. On the other hand, I think caution should be taken with too much of anything, negative or positive. Too much ‘you’re great’ without being grounded in realism can lead to spoilt, entitled, self indulgence. Children deserve to be taught ‘how’ to think. Not what to think. Being guided by the adults around them who are grounded in values and character (values in action). But many of the people interviewed in this fantastic series never stood a chance :’(

@@pinchofsalt1 Children are NOT spoiled and entitled from being told how great they are. They become spoiled and entitled when they're never told "no", never held accountable, never having to earn anything, not taught how to deal with failure, and not taught to care for others. Also, "participation awards", have been to the detriment of our children.

Imagine being a grown man with the common sense and education of a child. Now imagine having to make life altering decisions with that level of guidance and understanding.

True. And sadly that’s the case (emotionally) for most of the adults I know and come into contact with. I include myself in those numbers. Physically we reach maturity but emotionally? That’s a whole other conversation…

This man can tell a story better than anyone else I've seen! Most people would judge people who have done the things he has, but thats why its important to try to understand and learn from him..why he does the things he does, what made him go that route, how he was raised, what makes him *him* etc. We have to be open and openminded to learn things from people. We can't just hate them because of our preconceived notions. I think he's a fascinating person.
