If it doesn’t hurt you, massage the heck out of it till it bursts. I had surgery one time and after 8 years it came back. Went back to original surgeon and he told me just to POP IT! I’ve done it like 3 times since then. Now when it starts coming back I just put tons of pressure on it or massage it super hard and it pops and ur body just absorbs the fluid that was in it.

miller chassis yes you can but unless you really massage the actual cyst or hit it hard with a book for example it might not pop and go away. No need for surgery. My surgeon could’ve done surgery on me a second time and taken my money but instead he told me what everyone else already knew and had been doing. I went home and kept massaging super hard and POOF! It popped lol 😁👍🏻

Orly Grace Frank yes it’s on my foot. If you don’t pop it, it’ll just keep getting bigger. Yeah they usually don’t hurt or bother. You can pop it and it’ll stay gone for quite some time like maybe months or even years. So when it starts growing again just repeat process and pop it!! Lol. It’s way cheaper then seeing a dr. or surgery cuz even if you have surgery it’ll come back again one day!

ucim2cute I had one on the top of my foot, and I opted for surgery. There was no pain before surgery, but I had constant throbbing pain and inflammation for months following the surgery. In addition, I now have an enormous bone spur in place of the cyst.

I had a c section to deliver my baby after i had my babygirl i started to suffer from HBP and i was walking around alot my two foot got swollen up like balloons my feet was in pain but i kept on because i was up and down with my baby in and out of hospital and when all the up and down was over my feet went down but on my left feet a bump appeared i dont wear tight shoes so i got worried when rubbed and applying pressure it pained alot and disappeared but still come back I'm happy for this video but i pray to god it isnt anything worst.

I have a Ganglion Cyst on my foot, as well! Although, whenever I have my feet flat on the ground, nobody can ever notice it, not even me, it's very small, at the moment. it only shows up when my foot is on its toes. I've noticed it since the beginning of this year, but I never told my mother, cause I've always thought that it's completely harmless. Is it?

Finally able to find out what it is. I thought I strained a nerve or muscle after camping and walking on the beach for 4 days. I was about to cut it open with a sanitized box cutter. Thanks for the information in a clear, understanding way.

Now I know why this bump on the top of my foot doesn't disappear. I got it like 3 years ago when I twisted my foot while running. I thought this was just a dislocated bone. Gosh 😱😢

I have this but it's not very lumpy like shown in the pictures it's just slightly curve and I have it both on above my feet and it also doesn't hurt. Is this normal?

yes if these are hard they're probably osteophytes, bone spurs..

Have cyst on top of foot..had for a couple of years now..flares up a lot but the other day I couldn't put weight on it to walk hurt so bad..swelled clear to big toe for 2 days now back to normal burning flare ups.. probably should have someone look at it I suppose..🙄..I just don't like to go and it's probably nothin but man it caught me by surprise when I couldn't walk on it..anybody else have that problem??
