Why not just reset the throttle body position first and see how it idles? And resetting, or clearing the codes, doesn't mean you didn't get one after that. Not to mention if you're gonna pull the whole throttle body off, you might as well spray it out with some throttlebody cleaner and get all the carbon from inside cleaned out....

The throttle body symbol to my car doesn’t disappear after changing it.. also it doesnt allow the car to go past 30

The tool he's using needs to help the throttle "relearn" the proper idle speed. I've heard its a little tricky?
