Thanks, Michael. The door opened via the wall-mounted control but none of the 3 remotes worked. So in effort to fix and not having to wait on my slow azz Maintenence team I reported this issue to 2 1/2 weeks ago, I knew the sensors were aligned and decided to wipe off lens. It’s sits so close to ground and with weather and debris possibly that is the culprit. So I tried that method and then tried to remote control again, door opened and then closed no issues. Tried using myq app remote door also working using app control. Before I get too happy I’ll keep testing out to ensure that’s all it was and go on with life.

HI....door doesn't open from inside or outside . Battery is new as this happened a couple of months ago. At that time the track was off line. This time, track is online. no light on sensors... and wall opener isn't working. I learned something new and will tomorrow open the box and push the learn button and check the light bulb... because the bulb wasn't working either...so a new bulb will be put in as well. If the reprogramming process isn't able to complete, chances are the circuit board in the opener may be shot. In my case, the garage door opener only worked with the wired wall switch. The wireless keypad, the two remotes, and the onboard car remotes were not able to be programmed. (The lights didn't blink at the end of the 'learning' process as it had before).

@DIYwithMichaelBorders2 жыл бұрын
Good morning, welcome to the DIY Raptor Club. That’s a great question & the most likely cause relates to the units antenna. It’s very likely that the antenna wire located on the unit is damaged. Being damaged will not allow remote to communicate with garage door from a greater distance such as inside vehicle outside of garage. Man, the first time mine stopped working, a friend of mine told me to check the sensor. Turned out, that’s what it was. That was over year ago. Now, it’s not working again. This time it’s not the senior🤔. As I was sitting in my garage, trying to figure this out, a loud boom took place, and a screw popped out. So now I’m really lost, ugh😑.

RILLA MAN Also, when pressing your wall mount to open or close door....your lights should flash. Count how many flashes your lights flash... & this will tell us the portion of the system that we need to address.

Big D Thanks for watching and sharing your experience. By chance do you have a second remote that you can test out. We need to check to see if you have a faulty remote. Believe it or not, these little remotes can fail and unfortunately changing the battery will not make the remote work. Keep us posted.
