Where did you get that small half inch wide looking mini spreader you used to put the icing on the plastic bumper cover where it was plastic welded?

I cut them to that size just score the spreader with a razor blade and break them in half.

Thanks, brother! It's been fun. The last six months I've been grinding to get to 1000. You and bud are the ones who inspired me to start a channel. You could always paint it yourself! You could do it , would make some great content!

@@GarageNoise Maybe I'll try some paint touch up on my MR2, but not a whole re-spray that my 928 needs. I have my 928 almost completely broken down for paint - glass is out, mirrors are removed, front and rear bumpers are removed. Once I'm finished, I will drop it off at a reputable shop that can spray it for me and then I'll put it back together. I don't trust myself to paint the whole car, not yet anyways.

What do you recommend cleaning with when using lacquer primer in certain spots that you burned through and touch up ive heard the 1k primer can lift if you use wax and grease remover

Never had 1k primer lift over wax and grease remove. Be sure to wipe off with dry cloth before primer. You could use rubbing alcohol to clean. With 1k primer the most important thing is to apply the fist coat dry dust it on to create a base. It will react to old paint if you put it on too wet. Hope this helps!

Would you do anything different for a plastic bumper? I have tons of rock chips like yours did. Not sure how well the plastic will take heavy sanding

Yes you can use a little polyester glazing putty to fill chips after you sand it with 180
