Those thick handles barbel bars... are those custom? Also, any "workout" for hand strength? Not to relate it with forearms o grip strength. I mean, to develop the "meat" of the hands, so that grip strength is not solely when hands are locked in fists. Thanks. My notifications are on.

Why you use the number 17 in the longest repetitions? I am curious because I often see it in your videos and by common sense it is 10, 12, 15, 20. is it a technical issue or because it is between 15 and 20 like the 12 that is between 10 and 15 or because of taste or because it's cool?
