As a cop I would recommend that you look at his strength and conditioning exercises for wrestlers. Every fight I’ve had has primarily been a grappling fight so there is good transfer.

Push (chest, shoulders) exercises for wrestling! Also exercises for grip and arm strength!
@sambsialia4 жыл бұрын
Yep. I really like double rope climbs, if you can do them. Another option is a bent over weighted sled pull with a big rope to work on accelerating pulls. See Julian Pinau and Strongfit. I don't like dumbbell flys or any isolation exercise instead of a compound motion. Band pulls to the forehead will target rear delts and can be very explosive. I would rather do your pull-ups more like the Army fit test knee to elbow. Place the grip on opposite sides more neutral like a collar. I believe in Mace or Gada work for bullet proof shoulders and back. Gama used it. Also, I like kettle bell snatches or bells in general. What about Bulgarian bags? My 2 cents.

Coach, can you talk a bit about the internally rotated shoulders while doing those rows? Internal rotation causes impingement as far as I know. Even a thumb in hook punch is discouraged due to this reason.

My only criticism of this channel is not the efficacy of the exercises, it's the fact that some are not so easy to access like the donkey jumps. Maybe in future videos you could give people an alternative.
