I always try to stop my hips from coming up before my shoulders, but it seems like it's not a bad thing for this lifter. Very good video.

The thing that first brought me to weightlifting initially is the legs on weightlifters. Look how strong that girl's legs are. I started weightlifting about 4 months ago and now I understand why their legs are so strong lol.

How heavy would you go on the weight with these exercises? Obviously in terms in percentages of 1RM or amount of reps able to perform.

got an off the topic question this is for wrestling, how would like fast pace rucking do for wrestling like going up hills and stuff, tho running isnt ideal for wrestling

try using a rower or bike! it can get their heartrate up and build endurance!

I know this is a sorta old video but I'm wondering if this is more a teaching style or not. I've always been taught that knees go out and not back. I notice some weightlifters do this and some do it this way of knees going back.
