In Central Texas where we get high 90s quite long, will a space next to my panicle hydrangea where it gets sun from 9-2pm optimal?

My encore azalea autum bonfire has bloomed and has been in bloon for about a month but the heat has withered the blooms ! I water early in the am to help try and keep them cool due to the heat ! Is this normal dor the blooms to wither away and then rebloom ?

It is somewhat normal! They will bloom in spring until the heat of summer, then take a break, then rebloom in late summer through fall!
