It's all about customer service. In todays world it's hard to find, but it can still be found. Great work dealing with them and the cart you got in return says a lot about their customer service. I just dealt with a company that I ordered from, they didn't have a tracking number and the product never showed up. They said for an extra ten bucks they would ship another one with a tracking number. The item is only worth 10 bucks that I paid for and received nothing 2.5 months later. They agreed and are shipping the item via express courier at no extra cost to me. Customer service, hard to find but it still exists. Cheers!
