All our builds are custom and costs vary due to client selected finishes (kitchens, countertops, flooring, etc.), excavation, servicing (water line, storm line, electrical lines, etc.) which is specific to each property, the city we're building in, etc. So costs would be different even if we built for two neighbours next to each other.
