Hey Robbie, fellow migraine sufferer here......😂 Imitrex is what the doctor put me on for my migraines and it works pretty well for me. I also cut down on scents in my house and that's helped a whole lot. Smells are a big trigger for me and I started wearing sunglasses when Im outside and things are better. Just wanted to share incase it can help you. Sorry youre suffering, hope you feel better today && the fern basket looks great ✌️

I use Imitrex as well with scents being my main trigger. In our office we have to ask perfume and cologne wearers to sit outside as it will cause days of pain for me. Glad you found something that helps. It took me years to find what works.

I have a good friend that has to go to the ER and get a shot when she gets her. She got a red light (red light therapy). It has helped her tremendously. I hope you find some relief. Bottom line is - we all love you.

For future reference, Kinsman Gardens have the best coco liners. We have two of their 44” hayracks and only need to replace the liners on year 5 [lasted a full 4 years of many different plantings of both flowers and veggies]. Your hayrack is looking lovely! So sorry you have migraines. They are debilitating; I had them for years. For me, I determined what my triggers were and eliminated them which all but prevented all migraines. Mine were excessively amounts of caffine, cumulative from any forms - chocolate, sodas, coffee, (energy drinks unknown back then); meats like salami, or things with nitrates or smoked, wine or beer, things ferminited; quick change in bright light, stress and fatigue. Yes, lots to consider but worth eliminating to prevent migraines. Thanks for sharing you garden journey.

I am so sorry that you are not feeling well. I read recently that magnesium supplements can help with migraines. The article said that about 90% of people are deficient in magnesium, and it went on to explain how important magnesium is for so many body functions. If you decide to check it out, be sure to use magnesium glycinate because it is gentle on your stomach, unlike some of the other types of magnesium. Hope you feel better very soon. Take good care of yourself.

As a former migraine sufferer from age 7 through most of my adult life until about 15 years ago. I discovered that migraines can be the result of vitamin deficiency. I began taking a good multivitamin and d3 religiously for years and my migraines have almost completely disappeared. I maybe get one 10 or less times a year. Eat healthy and watch ingredients that may be contributing to headaches. If you are outdoors the majority of the day you likely won’t need d3. I have been 99% migraine free ever since. It’s worth a try but you must be religious about taking the vitamins and it will take some time to regulate in your body patience is required. Hope you give it a shot.

Very sorry you suffer with chronic migraines. I have suffered and have found some relief over the decades with Botox then emgality and now high dose 400 mg riboflavin under direction from neurologist and also various forms of magnesium. I still get them but not as much but I am also getting older so sometimes they lessen with age as well. I can totally sympathize with one that lasts for days. It’s like you get in a loop and it’s hard to break the cycle. One of my triggers is barometric pressure swings and that is the only thing I felt like Botox and emgality didn’t help with. I hope you are on the upswing with this current batch of migraines. Glad you felt well enough to get out and get your hands in the dirt. Fern refresh looks great and you have lots of baby ferns to raise now.
