Gardening Tip,Defeat the Slugs, Possibly the Best method in the World !!

A tip that seems to work for me is using egg shells.
I have tried beer traps, Organic Pellets,
However this seems to work for me. I have almost given up on growing Brassica due to slugs and snails. Down here in Cornwall its often very wet and quite warm so plenty og slugs and snails.

@peter236uk1 I'm thinking it might raise the soil pH too for brassica as its calcium based.

I’ll give it a go. I notice a lot of slut yesterday when I was putting in the garlic. A bit worried they will munch all the garlic seed.
