Good morning Jenny, the tulips are going to be beautiful come spring. I used to have a kitty that would follow me everywhere when I was outside just like Brynna follows you.

This will be gorgeous come Spring. Isn’t it wonderful having your daughter home from college for the holidays! My oldest grandson came home Friday and spent a few hours with us yesterday, love him so much! ❤

Good morning Jenny! In the spring your garden will sing! QUESTION: Do you use the bags for anything that the bulbs came out of?

It's going to be a fun spring for sure! No, I don't reuse the bags. Do you have any ideas on ways to reuse them?

@GardeningwithCreekside To cover Elderberries to keep the Japanese beetles from eating the green berries or to store garlic after harvesting. Storing garden gloves or other items. I usually have gloves everywhere. 😆

Planted some white crocuses and alliums in time since it snowed last night. Got them recently half off at Lowe's. Had to chop back the partially frozen topsoil to get to the loose soil. 🎉

I love your choice of colors. Colorblends is my favorite source too. I garden in zone 6 and can only grow tulips in a protected space because of deer pressure. I would imagine you don't have a deer problem with Miss B patroling the yard? Spring in your yard will be gorgeous as a result of your hard work.

Unfortunately, Colorblends only offers pre-chilling if you order a certain amount...like over 1200 bulbs that need pre-chilling (not all bulbs need pre-chilling) and you have to be in 7b or warmer climate. But...if you meet those requirements, that is a wonderful service! I am in 7b, but I only ordered 600 bulbs that needed pre-chilling and 100 (Alliums) that didn't. Those Shocks and Struts are BEAUTIFUL!

Jenny, can you replant them in tulip bulbs (after you pull them and chill them again). Or is it one and done? I am in 6b .. and honestly, they don’t come back well for us either after just a couple years. I have 2000 ice follies daffs surrounding and in my yard! They multiply and give quite a show each year!

Good morning Jenny and Brynna. ❤. Here in Lancaster PA we have 19 Temps with rain/sleet & snow mix. Can I put the spring bulbs in the end of March ? I'm not familiar with bulbs.
