Thank you! My mother was a great cook & she taught me & I've taught my daughter. I'm not a big fan of hotdogs but we have them 3 times a year on holidays. We put EVERYTHING on them (including chili) so they're pretty good. But this year, after my husband told us about these toasted garlic buns, we added that .... AWESOME!!! At my age, it's really fun to find something new...and we'll probably never have plain buns again! Many thanks...

if you brown the onion and garlic before putting the ground beef and when you drop water you for bell peppers will be better, and you can for more onion along with the pepper that will give even more flavor

I have something similar, but I use a French bread to make pizza, make it similar to your garlic bread, add home make tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, substitute spicy calabrese instead of peperoni, spicy Italian sausage, red onion, chopped portabella mushrooms, green bell peppers, and lastly some fresh basil and fresh oregano chiffonade.

What a natural way to fix a bun for a chili dog. I would get home from being at the beach all day and would have 4 chasen chili dogs, easy. If I had thought of garlic bread instead of the regular bun, I would not be able to make it back to the beach. I think it also needs fries or onion rings!!! Yeah, baby!!!

In Chicago we have the VICE LORD BURGER ‼️ Wich is not a burger at all. But has crunch factor savory & fresh as well. It's one of a kind. Picture a chicken breast butterflyed fried then gryos meat grilled, lettuce tomato cheese and tazikki sauce and a slightly of mayo (optional) with butter garlic fries & &!! A banana shake 🤤
