I think this 1 of the best step-by-step videos on how to prepare it before the oven/grill 👍.. Made it real simple without all the outlandish ingredients.. Kept it BASIC.. GARLIC, LEMON, BUTTER.. That's the foundation (garlic more than anything). U can add teaspoons of the other stuff like soy sauce, or sweet Thai chili sauce 😋..
