GARLIC SPINACH CHICKEN CURRY | Healthy chicken curry | Easy chicken curry | Food with Chetna

INGREDIENTS -
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 onions, finely chopped
8-10 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 heaped tbsp tomato puree
8 chicken thighs, skinless on the bone
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ground coriander
100 ml water
200 gms spinach leaves
1 tbsp double cream

Yup, it's a pity there's no option to add your own piccy. There used to be a 'respond' option long ago on KZbin but it disappeared under Google's ownership. To be fair, they might have realised it'd take lots of man-hours to police the many thousands of comments coming in daily, there being a risk that that lewd, personal or copyrighted, etc. images could spring up all over YT comments pages.

Definitely butter chicken and the classic Punjabi style curry are my favorites. However there are a few honorable mentions. I really like the caramelized onions in the marinade of the Hyderabadi style curry and I really enjoy the Dahi masala curry because you roast a variety of spices instead of using the usual garam masala and it makes for a nice change.

good recipe, i changed it a bit. first i would never cut up the leaves and then i added red lentils a few minutes before i added the spinach and the i used a small can of coconut milk and instead of rice i mixed some small chunks of sweet potatoes that were already cooked . but i surely will cook more of your rescipes i am from germany by the way
