On the other hand Kuzan never started with ice age, Kuzan basically has similar physical strength as garp as seen in there flash back when they were training on the battleships bag with GARP. Kuzan does have advanced armament as seen in marineford when blocking WB shockwave. Advanced observation by forming around WB blade. Kuzan has better stamina than an old man. Advanced conquerors depends on who you fight, Yamato’s didn’t affect Greenbull. Advanced conquerors isn’t the end all be all, they can still be beat. Kuzan has his devil fruit and awakening as per punk hazard. The fight will be hard fought but garp is ultimately losing.

Yeah I will never be on the same page as KOL when it comes to Garp. Garth isn't slow because he's faster than every vice admiral we've ever seen. His age isn't crippling him so we don't need to worry about the old comment. If kid was as close to GARP as he was to Shanks and he took the Galaxy impact point blank, he would be in a worse shape than he is right now. And just like in the manga the area of Destruction for the Galaxy impact is larger than the Divine departure. Kol likes Garp a little, but he's prejudiced against the old and he doesn't want them to be in the top tiers. Story-wise he doesn't like it.
