It’s been a while since I built my 89 Firebird and I decided to cut an access hole to replace the fuel pump since I put an LT1 and T56 from a 94 Z28 in it. Anyway, I remember the fuel lines being hard lines from the center of the tank from the sending unit all the way to the drivers side and down below the tank to the subframe rails. All one piece lines. I had to cut a an area from the center all the way to the driver side in order to remove the sending unit with the hard lines attached. So just wanted to give you a head up that you may run into that same problem where you can’t disconnect the lines from the top of the sending unit.

Garth, I gotta say: I'm subscribed to many car channels, and of course, GGG too. This kinda kinda off-topic, but the Muppet thing, the reference, The Little One, Tiffany, and all that has actually inspired me to watch The Muppet Show again! It's available on YT also. I think that Muppet Show was more adult -related kinda thing. Point being, I like watching the pyrotechics, explosions, and "comedic violence," even muppets cannablizing (eating) other muppets. Jim Henson and crew must have drank a few 6-packs when doing this stuff. As for GGG? You rock. All you guys and gals rock. Don't forget THe Almighty Iceman. Wanna go to Texas and see a cowboy? What ever happened to the 5 year warranty that went with batteries? In the 90s I used energizer 12v batteries and they lasted well over 5 years and I live in western Canada so it gets well below zero..now they barely last 2 years and they swell easy from the cold weather
