I totally love this song and the artist who signs it. I first saw him in concert in the mid 80's in southern California and he changed my whole life. I named my first son Matthew Garrett ( for Gary) if I could see him one more time before I leave earth would be fantastic.

One of my all-time favorite songs and I can't ever imagine anyone coming close to Gary Morris's beautiful voice. Had it played at my wedding in 1992. Perfect wedding!

This is the song that I dedicated to my bride 20 years ago, and it still is how I feel for her. I actually tried to find someone to sing it at our wedding, but there was no sheet music or track for it, and Gary was not available. I still sing it to her every now and then, and though I cannot match Gary's voice, it is the lyrics and the love they express that makes it beautiful to her ears, and that's really all that counts. Had it played at my wedding 26 years ago... small chapel...we had the tape, and the pastor and his wife loved it and were happy to play it for us. Keep singing to your wife. Beautiful song!
