I am in the same boat, Kai! Growing more positive is like exercise and diet when one wants to be healthy. There isn't a finish line where you can stop striving to be healthy, and there isn't a secret trick that will let us skip the exercise and healthy diet. It is patience, daily work, and observing our own individual progress. And no matter how healthy you get, you are still going to run into people who are relentless in trying to get you to settle settle settle.

Honestly Gary Vee makes it so simple. If you don’t love the process and want things right this second, you will lose. You will lose because you will make a lot of bad decisions and you will be miserable and unhappy. For me that’s common sense to say wow so the process is better than the end result because if we have self awareness we realize the times we got things never made us truly happy. It was the chase! Kind of like in high school when you really wanted that guy or girl and you got them and thought wow this wasn’t what I thought it was going to be like and you move on quickly to someone else. So when he said a girl got upset cause he told her she’s got something but it’s going to take 7 years, it really makes sense. If we enjoy the building part like he said and love the game, we will have fun and we will win no matter the result. I mean isn’t happiness what we’re all chasing? Therefore the obvious choice is to love the process!!!
