I don’t but I can tell you that we are very meticulous about removing the lint from the screen after every dryer cycle. I just replace the venting for the first time in 23 years so keeping that lint in check worked.

Can you use teflon tape instead of the pipe dope? Some kits come with some tape included but I read somewhere that teflon is not gas rated and some other kind should be used.

Hi. Yes you can use Teflon tape as long as it says “for gas” fittings and connections.

What if my dryer is 3/8” I bought flex hose to fit that but the gas coming in my house is 1/2” how do I hook it up?

For any future reference, U have to change one side so both sides of the flex connector match. You can usually change the adapter on the dryer to match what's at the house. Alternatively, you could change the valve at the house to match the dryer but that would involve turning the gas to the house off. Also you don't want to use more than one adapter on the dryer side
