How bad is the gas mileage on a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack 392 hemi? Is it as bad as people say...? and what gas mileage does a 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack 392 get? It's really not as bad as most people say or than you would expect from a v8 engine pushing almost 500 horsepower. Personally my average isn't too bad especially for the way I drive my car in sport mode / track mode all the time and hardly ever eco mode. I've heard people get 30+ MPG (miles per gallon) in a scat pack / Daytona charger.

On a separate note, check you tire pressures. Thought I caught a glimpse of 42psi, that’s too much even when hot. I ran my SRT Chally at 32 psi (cold) and got the best ride/traction before I put on the 555’s on the rear which you’ll be needing before for next summer for maximum smiles per gallon👍

On mine it says 11 MPG with my 2020 widebody scat challenger. All city driving, eco mode on with normal acceleration driving. My engine only has 1200 miles so its not worn in to much yet. The best I saw one time was on the freeway and I was getting 20+ mpg but that was with being gentle on the pedal.

I have a 2018 Chrysler 300S V8 HEMI. 5.7L. Cold Air Intake, Mopar sports exhaust, staggered 22 in wheels. I average 16 miles per gallon city/hwy. It takes 89 octane.

Mine is a 2015 got about 55k miles. I have it in eco mode constantly and it usually only gets 12mpg. on the highway... about 14 or 15. It's awful, and way worse than what their supposed ratings are.

They're definitely expensive - my SRT gets around 12-13 mpg now and the premium fuel is around $4.50 a gallon here

Yeah I drive 100 miles per week and in 5 days my full tank is under a quarter tank but that's in track and sport mode

14 mpg is better than I thought. im averaging 18.5 in my v6 jeep, would take that 20% less gas mileage for the smiles per gallon any day. I want a 5.7 jeep or srt. I love having an offroad capable vehicle thats why I like the 5.7 jeeps. will have to cross that line in about 2-3 years! lol

The 5.7 are pretty solid because it's a good mix of both worlds with power + capability vs the SRT

Easy math, 18.5 gal. Tank capacity Lets say you do 13mpg thats, 13x18.5 = 240 miles on full.

Do you use adaptive cruise control? I use it on my 2021 JGCL it gives about 16 mpg combined. I’m hope a 2022 or 23 could get me over 20mpg combined.

That's why I get GT's, plus I ain't got it like that at the moment. You don't get them for Speed obviously but both the Durangos and Chargers provide awesome pop without using that much gas considering the power.
