All four of my Caloric Stove (Heritage Series) burner knobs work fine. My oven knob won't turn. The "go-around" is to remove knob, push in the center spindle with my finger, and turn the larger plastic knob to the left, to turn on the gas to the oven (I can then replace the knob and adjust to correct temperature). I suspect the knob itself is missing something, perhaps caused when the cleaning person was trying to be helpful and removed all five knobs to clean them.

I really appreciate your video , you save a lot of people's money , I have an issue also with my fisher and paykel conovenction stove knob , it turns half a way than it gets stock , I can't go to OFF and switch it to the top oven burner meaning inside , I can only use the bottom burner and if I want it off I have to go the the main valve and turn it off . The brand again is fisher and paykel 24" stainless , no model number I bought it used .
