Was at Sturgis back in 1975 and never got back since Two of us from Phoenix Az decided in July riding that distance to the gathering The trip was so long on the bike, but other than a burnt out headlight all went well. It’s gotten so big it’s hard to imagine on how spread out and everyone selling merchandise. The most people do anymore trailer the bike and ride in maybe 100 miles The weekenders I guess… wish I would have thought of using the trailer , that would have saved my worn out tailbone that took three years to heal….

We visited Sturgis, spearfish, deadwood and the monument… the end of May 2023 it was Great enough bars open for Us and a couple tshirt shops with new products… had a great time… wouldn’t think of going there during the big event 👍😎👍
